New Computer & Internet Setup
Want us to setup your new computer straight from the box, and get you connected? Don’t worry about that old gigantic monitor on your desk, or the large mess of wires on the floor. Let our technician’s help you unplug that old computer and set up your brand new one. We will give you the best-looking installation, while preventing you from having another tangled mess of wires. With this package, our technicians will unpack your computer, assemble it wherever you like, and get your computer running with Internet and E-mail access. If you purchased a printer or an extra program, we'll set it up for you! Once everything is up-and-running, we will even give you a small orientation on how to get started!
DISCLAIMER: While we are more than happy to connect your computer to the Internet, you need to have an Internet Service Provider (or ISP) available prior to the installation. Much like television requires a subscription to watch cable or satellite, computers require a subscription to access the Internet.

Premium Computer & Internet Setup
For those looking for a much easier, more personalized experience with their computer. We will customize your desktop based on your needs, giving you a more simplified approach to accessing all your programs and files. We'll also optimize your computer for best performance, while cleaning up any unwanted software or annoying pop ups left behind by the manufacturer. If you are upgrading from an older computer, we can also customize your new desktop to match the older one, so that you don't have to relearn anything! This package also includes everything within the basic package.

Personal Data Transfer & Backup
Making the switch to a new computer, and want your data to come with you? At TechFaith, we understand that data migration is serious business, and how easy it can be to lose something that is unrecoverable. Our technicians specialize in safely transferring your files, media, e-mail, and even programs over to your new computer. Let our technicians sit down with you and do an in-depth analysis of your personal data, where it's stored inside your computer, and what we can do to transfer it over. Once your personal data is backed-up and secured, we can transfer that data to your new computer, up to eight gigabytes, and even erase it from your old one. For transfers larger than eight gigabytes,
- 10-minute analysis of all your personal data and what is going to be transferred.
- Locate data stored within personal documents folder, root folder, computer programs, and hidden application/local data folders(s).
- Copy and transfer data onto another computer or external device, (up to) eight gigabytes.
- If applicable, ensure that original data folder locations and file structure is left intact, all personal e-mail and data is integrated into their respective programs, and that personal data folders are compatible with Windows Vista.
New Devices & Hardware Upgrades
Need help setting up a new device with your computer, such as a new Printer or Web Camera? Not sure how to install that new computer memory or video card without breaking everything? Our computer technicians are more than happy to install any new devices or computer hardware, while giving you a clean installation and peace of mind. With this package, our technicians are happy to install up to three new devices for your computer, or three pieces of computer hardware. We will also make sure all your hardware is working properly, and that any needed software is installed. Plus, if we open your computer and find it full of dust and cobwebs, we will offer to clean it for you!
- Remove old equipment, such as printers/scanners/monitors. (Recycling available for additional fee)
- Setup and connect new equipment, (up to) three devices, using neat wire management where applicable.
- Setup and configure any required software that is included with the peripheral.
- If configuring a wireless printer, make sure device is visible on the network.
- Provide a quick orientation on how to operate the basic features on their new device(s).
- If setting up a web camera, inform the customer that additional software (Skype, etc.) will be needed for video conferencing with other individuals.
- Remove old internal equipment from computer. (Recycling available for additional fee)
- If applicable, use a vacuum cleaner to remove any excess dust or debris. (Provided by customer)
- Physically install (up to) two internal components inside the computer. Multiple memory sticks count as one component. Make sure new hardware is compatible with existing sockets on motherboard, and the computer will support the new hardware.
Diagnostics & PC Optimization
Does your internet keep going down, or your computer acting up? Not sure what to tell us? Then let us find out the problem for you. Our technicians are the best at diagnosing what the real problem is, and then offering you the best solution! If your computer has been a little slow over the years, we can even give you a moderate speed boost, or turn it into a brand-new machine! Our technician will give your computer a thorough inspection, everything from hardware to software. We will also optimize your operating system to run faster, and clean up any unwanted junk slowing down your computer.
- Verify the POST screen and check for any critical hardware failures.
- Verify the O/S system-level boot process is normal and loading properly.
- Verify the O/S user-level loading process is normal and there are no service conflicts.
- Diagnose any possible conflicts with device drivers, background tasks, or third-party software.
- Diagnose any possible existence of malware and infected startup processes.
- Diagnose any hardware conflicts with faulty memory, faulty cooling, or faulty external peripherals.
- Check network settings and verify ISP equipment is configured properly, along with e-mail server settings, TCP/IP settings, DHCP wireless settings, and PPoE settings. (if applicable)
- Modifying computer settings to optimize resources and remove unwanted programs from start-up.
- Modify or disable any unwanted services or system processes in the services menu.
- Configure desktop visualization settings for faster performance.
- Configure a fixed virtual pagefile for reduced drive fragmentation.
- Clean up temporary files and internet cache folders, and OEM driver/setup folders.
- Analyze disk for fragmentation, and begin the defragmentation program.
NOTE: In order to rebuild the operating system, and guarantee a complete removal of any junk software or malware, all your data will be erased. If there is personal data that you want to keep, you will have to transfer it to an external source. Complete Virus Removal & PC Restoration
Are you having trouble with a virus infection? Don’t know if your computer is secured? Let our technicians take care of it! We will do everything we can in order to disinfect your computer, even completely restore your computer back to when it was brand new. Our technicians will perform memory and system-level virus scans, spyware scans, and erase any possible traces of the Virus on your computer. If necessary, our technicians will reinstall the operating system, your computer hardware, and any available software from your computer discs. We will also recommend some new anti-virus or Internet security programs, to help prevent your computer from getting another infection.
- Remove existing operating system, and reformat primary partition.
- Install a fresh, new copy of the O/S that came with the original license on your computer, or from a retail box.
- Install latest O/S service pack, including all security patches and updates.
- Install and setup all computer hardware with latest certified drivers. Verify that all internal devices are properly registered and working without any conflicts.
- Install any essential programs, including but not limited to: America Online (if applicable), Adobe Reader, Act!, Outlook, and available office suite (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Networking Security & Wireless Internet
Want to experience true wireless freedom with every computer in your home? We can make it a reality. Our technicians will help configure the best wireless network for your home, up to three computers and a wireless printer. We will setup file-sharing across each of your computers, and make sure that everything is secured with a strong password and WEP/WPA encryption.
- Setup new/existing wireless router for optimal signal quality.
- Configure router with correct PPoE and Static IP settings for the available ISP.
- Check router's DHCP settings for possible conflicts with other devices.
- Configure router's wireless settings and activate WEP/WPA security.
- Configure (up to) three computers to automatically connect through the wireless router when in range.
- If applicable, verify all computers exist within the same workgroup, and have public folder access.
- If applicable, connect (up to) one wireless printer to the wireless network, and setup the printer's required software on (up to) three computers within the network.
Premium Wireless Networking & Installation
For those looking for more than a simple wireless setup for their large residence or commercial property, we will offer you a complete wireless solution. This includes a detailed on-site survey to discover any dead spots, electronic interference, or tough-penetrating materials within the area. Then we will customize a network plan that best suits your needs, and an itemized list of what networking equipment will be required. This plan will ensure that a strong, reliable wireless signal is available in all parts of your property, so you don't have to worry about being disconnected. Once the equipment is ready, we will come back and install everything within your home, test all parts of your network to ensure its working, get all of your wireless equipment connected, and make sure everything is running with a secured WEP/WPA encryption.
Site Survey - $99
- Extensive site-survey of desired property and, if available, any wireless signals from existing equipment.
- Detailed summary of survey results, including wireless coverage, locations of signal interference, structural materials being penetrated, and required signal strength/placement(measured in dBi) for optimal coverage.
- Itemized list of wireless equipment that is recommended to complete the installation.
Follow-up Installation - $399
- Physically mount any external equipment or antenna, if needed, and position for optimal distribution of wireless signal.
- Setup & configure wireless router(s) with correct PPoE and Static IP settings for the available ISP.
- Configure router(s) DHCP settings for proper stacking and network compatibility.
- Setup wireless settings with detailed zone information and seamless WEP/WPA security settings.
- Configure (up to) ten computers to automatically connect through each wireless zone when within range.
- Connect (up to) four network printer(s) on the wireless network, and verify each printer is visible.
- If applicable, verify all computers exist within the same workgroup, and have public folder access.
- A 20-minute orientation on work completed, including location of installed equipment, different wireless zones, and a printed list of wireless settings and security information for customer's records.
